This role will be an initial temporary assignment of 6 months with a view to extend.
The Role!
Join this national company as part of their Customer Service Team. Within this role as the Team Administration Assistant, you will be supporting and working closely alongside many internal divisions such as the Customer Service, Sales, Operations and Finance teams.
Duties may include:
Tracking delivery ETAs and investigating where items are along the supply chain process.
Process customer orders and record all relevant information on our database.
Data entry Work with other customer service divisions to ensure customer invoices and bookings are up to date.
Liaise with all internal departments including sales, operations and finance to ensure best practice.
Taking inbound and outbound calls from customers and attending to their inquiries.
About you?
Previous customer service experience
Strong experience with data entry tasks
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift boxes when needed
Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously
High levels of enthusiasm and motivation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
