We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Customer Service professionals who are interested in future temporary and contract opportunities.
This role will suit individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality customer support while working collaboratively with internal teams.
As part of a customer service and administration team, you may be responsible for providing day-to-day support to both customers and internal departments, ensuring enquiries and requests are managed efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records within internal systems
- Tracking orders or service requests and providing updates to customers where required
- Managing general administrative and data entry tasks
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong data entry and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and positive approach to problem solving
