About the Role
As a Customer Service team member, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with enquiries, product information, and solutions to their challenges. You’ll work closely with colleagues across different teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.
This role is more than just answering calls or emails – you’ll build relationships, provide guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking enquiries, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide solutions-focused support and follow through on requests
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
About You
• Currently living in Western Australia
• Experience in customer service, administration, or a contact centre
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and proactive
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
