About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the frontline representative of the business and a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. This role is Monday to Friday, offering stability with a clear pathway to permanent employment.
Your responsibilities will include
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, online, and face‑to‑face
- Processing orders, invoicing, credits, and updating ERP/CRM systems
- Providing accurate product information and practical solutions
- Proactively resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Supporting internal sales and managing COD customer accounts
Experience & Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a customer service or internal sales environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confidence handling enquiries, complaints, and competing priorities
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
