About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client support and service delivery efficiency. This temporary position offers the opportunity to engage with customers directly, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries
- Monitor and update customer requests through the Zoho ticketing system
- Assist with shipment tracking and updates using Transvirtual
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in customer service with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong capability in managing customer inquiries and providing effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to use CRM/ticketing platforms effectively
