About the role
The Customer Service Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing enquiries and providing timely solutions. This position requires proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse client base, ensuring that all queries are handled efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from building professionals
- Update the ERP system and log queries
- Serve as a point of contact for escalations
- Manage ad hoc administrative tasks
Skills & experience
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers
- Relevant customer service experience
