Customer Success Specialist
About the Role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand the platform, answer questions, and move confidently to becoming active users. You’ll play a key role in driving conversion, customer satisfaction, and referrals while building meaningful relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them to the right solutions.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively about products and services, highlighting benefits.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and manage opportunities to maximise results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and strengthen the customer experience.
- Meeting or exceeding conversion and referral targets.
- Building strong, trust-based customer relationships.
- Supporting the business’s growth while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Experience in customer success, consumer sales, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Empathetic and customer-focused—experience in the Disability or Aged Care sectors is highly regarded.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Competitive Salary & Incentives
– $81,000 package (incl. super) plus a minimum of $6k per quarter bonus incentive.
