About the role
Join our Customer Support Team and be part of a major project in Adelaide. You'll work closely with the training team to help workers and contractors get started successfully, supporting the smooth delivery of project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Help manage worker compliance requirements
- Keep records and information up to date
- Take meeting notes and share key actions
- Provide general administrative support
- Prepare and check project documents
- Work with the training and support teams
- Attend meetings and provide updates
- Create and update training materials
- Help track project tasks and deadlines
- Support training activities and assist with troubleshooting.
Skills & experience
- Customer service or administration experience
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Able to improve processes and solve problems
- Flexible and able to adapt to change.
