Our client, Samsung Electronics, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Delivery Fulfillment Officer to support transport operations, delivery escalation management and claims investigations.
This role is responsible for managing critical delivery issues, investigating transport damage and lost shipment claims, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal teams, customers and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely resolutions and minimal customer impact.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate delivery-related escalations for customers and internal sales teams
- Investigate delayed, failed, damaged or high-value deliveries and escalate issues to carriers and stakeholders as required
- Maintain escalation logs and prepare root cause analysis summaries
- Liaise with warehouses, operations teams, customers and carriers to gather supporting information and documentation
- Maintain accurate claims ledgers and status updates
- Prepare and submit return approvals and update claims records accordingly
- Assist with operational reporting including returns and failed delivery reporting
- Provide operational support during peak periods, urgent issues and team leave coverage
About You
- Previous experience in a related role with experience using Excel
- Strong problem-solving and investigation skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive team player who can work independently and collaboratively across departments.
