The Role
This is a hands-on conference Events Delivery Partner position, leading the planning and delivery of large-scale virtual and in-person events. You’ll work closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless execution from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning of conferences, ensuring strategic alignment with member needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, presenters, and external partners to design programs that deliver value and impact.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while identifying improvements for future events.
- Use digital tools and event management systems to streamline delivery and reporting.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes and foster strong stakeholder relationships across all event touchpoints.
Who You Are
- Experienced conference event professional with confidence in planning and delivering complex events.
- Strong project manager with a strategic mindset, able to translate objectives into actionable plans.
- Confident and autonomous, yet collaborative, with excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders.
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with modern event technologies; prior CPD, professional association, or education experience is a plus.
