Executive Assistant

• 4 Week temporary role with scope for extension
• ASAP Start
• Working 8:30am – 5pm
• Hybrid work week - 1 day from home
• Up to $55ph + super based on experience

About the role
Reporting into and supporting the General Manager, this 4 week opportunity with scope for extension will see you responsible diary management, coordinating meetings, assisting with travel coordination, drafting correspondence, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, minute taking at leadership and board meetings and day to day administrative support.

Selection criteria:

• Proven experience in a EA role
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills
• High levels if initiative
• Developed communication skills
• Experience with Board support and minute taking
• Strong computer literacy
