  • $45 - $50 Hourly + 8% holiday pay

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives on keeping busy executives organised, prepared and one step ahead? We're looking for a proactive, highly organised EA to provide dedicated support to a senior executive during a busy transition period. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a true right-hand support role where you'll make an immediate impact.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
This is a fast-paced position supporting a senior executive who relies heavily on their Executive Assistant to keep their day running smoothly. You'll take ownership of managing competing priorities, coordinating schedules and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Key responsibilities include
  • Complex calendar and diary management
  • Managing inboxes and prioritising correspondence
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Preparing presentations, reports and meeting documentation
  • Booking domestic travel and managing itineraries
  • Providing high-level administrative support and anticipating executive needs
  • Assisting the wider administration team, including occasional reception cover.

You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in staying one step ahead.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence managing complex diaries and changing priorities
  • Strong written communication and presentation formatting skills
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent attention to detail
  • A collaborative, down-to-earth attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever required.
