About the role
This role as a Facilities Coordinator is pivotal for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities management. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Assist in budget management and cost control
- Provide support in office relocations and space planning
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong capability in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in facilities management software and MS Office Suite
