About the role
An exciting short term opportunity with an immediate stary is available for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support a high profile corporate office in Brisbane’s CBD. You will join a collaborative facilities management team and play a hands on role in keeping the workplace running smoothly and efficiently. This role suits someone who can step in quickly, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering a great workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day facilities operations
- Manage maintenance requests and liaise with external service providers
- Resolve facility issues
- Manage work orders, review PO's and invoices
- Build positive relationships with vendors, contractors, internal stakeholders and clients
About You
- Available to start immediately
- Previous experience in facilities coordination, facilities management, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with a customer focused mindset
- Working knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a corporate environment
