About the role
Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, this role focuses on supporting the service network to deliver strong customer outcomes and maintain operational efficiency.
- Managing enquiries from service centres
- Providing administrative support across the service function
- Managing and updating service order status
- Service tracking
- Liaising with internal departments, service managers and external service providers
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of system data
- Supporting the rollout of new systems and functionality
- Monitoring service providers to ensure compliance with company processes and procedures
- Producing ad hoc reporting and case studies to identify trends and improvement opportunities
About you
You communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to build effective working relationships across stakeholders. You are highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You are confident using the MS Office Suite, have strong attention to detail, and approach your work with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You pick up new systems quickly and take a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
