Finance Manager

An Australian owned service-based organisation is seeking a Finance Manager to join its leadership team. The business has grown organically since founding and impressively extended their operations across the domestic market. This hands-on role offers visibility, variety, and the opportunity to lead a team.

The Role
Reporting to the C-Suite, you’ll oversee finance operations and lead a small team across finance/admin. Responsibilities include:

Financial reporting, month-end, compliance and KPI tracking
AP/AR oversight, invoicing, billing adjustments, debt collection
Leading Finance/Admin team handling procurement & purchasing
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
Partnering with operations teams and external advisors (external Accountant and payroll provider)

About You

CPA/CA qualification
Experience in an inventory-driven or service-based industries such as equipment or consulting/professional services
Experience in a growing SME businesses, improving accounting processes and creating efficiencies
Strong financial accounting and analytical skills
Confident communicator and relationship builder who can partner across the business
Advanced MS Excel and MYOB experience preferred
