About the role
This Finance Manager position offers a strategic opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of an organisation focused on aged care. You will work closely with the Chief Financial Controller and lead a team of five direct reports, ensuring efficient financial processes and effective people management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance
- Manage the transactional finance functions including accounts payable and receivable
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial strategy
- Utilise Epicor ERP system for financial operations
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in finance management within the aged care sector
- Strong capability in financial reporting and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, preferably Epicor
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
