About the role
As a Finance Officer – Accounts Payable, you will contribute to the financial integrity of the organisation. This role involves managing accounts payable processes while supporting cross-training initiatives within the finance team. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for system upgrades to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Collaborate with team members to provide cross-training and support, fostering a cohesive work environment.
- Identify and implement system upgrades to improve manual processes and enhance overall financial operations.
About you
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable functions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial processes.
- Strong capability in financial software and systems, with a focus on improving manual processes through technology.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking ownership of financial responsibilities.
