Finance Officer

The Company:
A market leader in their industry, this company has been around for more than five decades and has offices across Australasia. They pride themselves on their high standard of service that they provide to their customers and offer a friendly and supportive culture and team environment. We are recruiting a Finance Officer on a temporary basis to cover annual leave, commencing Monday 24th November until Friday 6th February 2026. You will work from their Melbourne CBD-based office.

The Role:
Accounts Receivable:

• Generating daily invoices and credit notes
• Issuing monthly invoices and credit notes at month-end
• Handling phone enquiries

Accounts Payable:

• Manual data entry and coding of invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Setting up new vendors
• Following up on discrepancies
• Conducting electricity usage analysis

About you:

• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Intermediate excel skills are essential
