About the role
The Finance Officer position is integral to maintaining the financial health of the organisation. You will manage payroll for over 110 support workers, oversee invoicing and receipting, and handle various accounts queries. This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to the financial operations while engaging in essential office administrative duties.
Key responsibilities
- Manage fortnightly payroll for 110 support workers
- Oversee invoicing and receipting processes
- Address accounts queries to ensure smooth operations
- Perform office administrative duties as required
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in MYOB for financial management
- Strong capability in matching remittances to invoices within MYOB
- Demonstrated ability to distribute remittance invoices across multiple organisations in MYOB
