About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a hands-on and varied position that offers broad exposure across the business. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to manage the organisation’s financial accounting and reporting functions.
Key responsibilities include:

Month-end and year-end reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of financial and management reports

Management of the fixed asset register and accurate recording of work in progress

Collaborating effectively across all levels of the business and with external stakeholders to drive performance, problem-solving, and results

Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture focused on innovation, learning, and engagement

Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the Financial Controller

About You
You are a qualified accountant (CA/CPA or working towards) with a strong technical grounding and a proactive, hands-on approach. You enjoy variety in your work and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can partner closely with both finance and operations, supporting the business getting ready for their new contracts to ramp up in the new year.

100% office based and engaging with stakeholders across finance and operations, you will bring:

Solid understanding of financial reporting requirements

Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail

A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
