Financial Controller

An established international organisation with worldwide operations is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the regional finance function.

This is a key regional leadership role partnering closely with senior stakeholders across APAC and the global executive team, with strong visibility, influence and the opportunity to shape financial strategy, systems and performance.

You will be responsible for

Financial Control & Reporting

• Oversee cashflow management and weekly cash and profitability forecasting


• Deliver month-end close, consolidation and SLT reporting


• Lead statutory reporting, external audits and direct and indirect tax compliance for legal entities

Planning & Analysis

• Lead the bi-annual forecast cycle and annual budget process


• Present regional performance and insights to the Global SLT


• Prepare CAPEX investment proposals and analyse productivity KPIs

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and develop the APAC finance team


• Drive continuous improvement and capability uplift across the region

Business Partnering

• Review customer and product profitability weekly with the GM and Branch Managers


• Provide operational and commercial insight to support business performance and strategic decision-making

About You

• CA or CPA qualified


• Preferably experience in a small to medium-sized enterprise where you have fine-tuned your technical expertise, management reporting and commercial finance acumen


• Experience in a multi-site environment and global businesses is advantageous


• Proven leadership capability and confidence engaging at senior levels
