About the role
The Forklift Driver will be responsible for operating forklifts to assist in the movement of goods in a busy warehouse environment. This role is essential for fulfilling bulk orders during a peak period leading up to Christmas.
Key responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport goods
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of products.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in operating forklifts and relevant certification
- Strong capability in adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
