Essential Criteria for the role:
- Native or fluent Mandarin and professional-level English
- Previous Sales and Marketing experience
- Experience with Chinese marketing platforms (WeChat, Little Red Book, etc.)
- Awareness or previous experience of the UK Educational sector

Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to take ownership of the company’s growth within the Chinese diaspora across the UK and Western Europe. You will be responsible for:
- Strategic market development
- Lead generation and marketing execution
- Sales execution and pipeline management
- Own and manage sales and marketing activities targeting the Chinese diaspora across the UK and Europe
- Manage your own sales targets and KPIs independently and as part of a wider regional team
- Build, nurture, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline
- Plan, execute, and manage online and in-person marketing campaigns and events
- Drive lead generation through expos, seminars, webinars, school talks, and community events
- Monitor and manage incoming leads across all channels and ensure effective lead nurturing
- Manage Chinese social media platforms including WeChat, Little Red Book (RedNote), and other relevant platforms
- Build and manage a regional WeChat community and engage members regularly
- Create and localise content and manage the regional content calendar
- Work with agencies supporting social media execution
- Track leads, enrolments, and customer journeys across all channels
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights into customer behaviour and experience
- Build strong, professional relationships with prospective families and partners
- Deliver a positive, high-quality first impression aligned with the company’s premium service standards

- Native or fluent Mandarin and professional-level English
- Experience with Chinese marketing platforms (WeChat, Little Red Book, etc.)
- Background in customer service, customer success, or client-facing roles
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and multiple platforms
- Experience in education, college consulting, or parent-focused services (preferred)
