Their mission is to empower employees and volunteers to work closely with local communities, delivering education, care and meaningful assistance through a variety of programs and partnerships.

The opportunity

This exciting 6-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to join an organisation undergoing internal change. The focus of the role is to provide guidance, advice and support to the leadership team, while partnering with Line and Site Leaders across the full employee lifecycle. Managing a small team, you will be hands-on in delivery while also identifying opportunities to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.

Selection requirements

• Tertiary HR qualification, with advanced qualifications highly desirable


• Proven track record in leading HR within a complex organisation and environment


• Demonstrated results in providing and supporting HR, ER, IR, WHS and payroll is essential


• Ability to move seamlessly between strategic advice and hands-on service provision


• Proven stakeholder engagement and expectation management


• Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills
