Salary: VPS 5 | $71–$86 per hour plus superannuation
A Victorian Government agency is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partner to support the delivery of physical and psychological safety initiatives across the organisation.
This role provides expert advice to leaders and employees and plays a key role in psychosocial risk management, wellbeing programs, WHS compliance and injury management in a demanding professional environment.
About you:
- Strong experience in psychosocial risk assessment, wellbeing and injury management
- Sound knowledge of WHS and OHS legislation and best‑practice safety systems
- Experience partnering with leaders in complex or regulated environments
- Experience working within Victorian State Government is highly regarded
