• 35-hour week | Permanent role | Sydney (multiple sites)

About the Role

• Lead psychosocial hazard prevention, including issues relating to workload, mental health and bullying


• Drive WHS uplift across the organisation, guiding leaders on responses, prevention and best-practice safety


• Oversee WHS systems, incident management, ISO accreditation and Employment Hero WHS functionality


• Travel between offices as needed, with mileage claimable, and work closely with People & Culture, the WHS Committee and senior stakeholders

About You

• Experience in Health & Safety, managing psychosocial risks and delivering preventative wellbeing initiatives


• Strong knowledge of incident management and advising leaders on how to respond


• Solid grounding in WHS frameworks, risk controls and compliance


• Relevant WHS qualifications with the confidence to operate as the sole WHS specialist


• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status is required for this permanent position

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary up to $117,000 + super


• Salary packaging available, bringing the total package to approximately $140,000


• 35-hour work week


• Mileage reimbursement for inter-office travel
