With ongoing growth driven by acquisitions, new contracts, and organic expansion, they are now seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to support their Queensland operations, based in Brisbane.

The opportunity: Reporting to the HR Manager, this role delivers end to end HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle for three operational sites, including a newly established CBD corporate office. Partnering closely with leaders, you will support workforce planning, engagement and retention, performance management, grievances and investigations, provide practical advice to Line Managers, contribute to continuous improvement, and help ensure a consistent, compliant, and high quality HR service.
