About the role
The HR Advisor position is a critical role that balances HR generalist responsibilities with talent management. This position is designed for a self-starter who can take ownership of their actions and contribute effectively after an initial training period. Your ability to navigate people issues within a manufacturing environment will be essential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR advisory support to staff and management
- Manage talent acquisition and employee development initiatives
- Address employee relations and performance management issues
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance HR processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in HR roles within a manufacturing or blue-collar environment
- Strong capability in talent management and employee development
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
