HR Business Partner

• CBD location – hybrid 4/1
• 6-month assignment with potential for extension
• $120 – 130k plus super pro rata

Covering Southern QLD their mission is to build a committed employees and volunteers that interact and work closely with communities, providing guidance, education, community care and more.
 
The opportunity
 
Reporting directly to the General Manager of HR, you will be part of a small, dynamic team committed to providing day-to-day operational HR support to Line Managers. In this broad generalist role, you’ll manage the full employee lifecycle while offering expert guidance and advice to managers and stakeholders. As the organsation undergoes significant transformation—including changes to systems, processes, and procedures—they are seeking a resilient and adaptable HR professional with strong employee relations experience to support the team through this period of change.
 
Selection criteria
 

• Completed HR qualification coupled with proven HR business partnering experience
• ER experience – managing and supporting complex cases including investigation & reporting
• Strong understanding of legislation and award interpretation
• Experience in policy and procedure development and updates
• Advanced communication / interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement experience
• Project experience – focused on change and employee initiatives
