The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their exposure and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to an experienced Senior HRBP and partnering closely with the wider HR team, you will play a key role in supporting employees and managers while building your capability across all facets of Human Resources. From recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, compliance and HR projects, you will gain valuable exposure, develop your confidence and establish the foundations for a successful career in HR.

Selection criteria

• Relevant HR qualifications or currently completing tertiary studies
• HR Administration experience with a desire to step into a Coordinator role
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee administration processes
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business
• Strong systems skills and confidence working across HR platforms
