We are partnering with our client, a leading national organisation in the marine and offshore services sector, to recruit an experienced Industrial Relations Manager.
This is a senior and strategic role where you will make a real impact by shaping employee and industrial relations across the business while working closely with senior leaders.

- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution
- Lead industrial relations activities including award interpretation and compliance with industrial instruments
- Negotiate, prepare, and communicate Enterprise Bargaining Agreements with unions
- Represent the organisation in union consultations and support managers through consultative processes
- Ensure EBAs and employment conditions remain compliant with legislation
- Develop and maintain People and Culture policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Coach and support senior leaders on ER and IR matters
- Prepare and present IR and People reporting to senior leadership
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing employee and industrial relations matters
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
- Experience negotiating or supporting Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
- Skilled at engaging with unions and managing consultative processes
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
