The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide proactive, detail‑focused and service‑driven support to Account Managers and customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving and administrative precision within the tech sector.
- Liaise with various internal account management team and network of vendors, delivering a high degree of service
- Deliver on your service level arrangements ensuring a positive customer experience
- Work with Suppliers to establish pricing, stock availability and lead times for equipment
- Build quotes capturing all relevant information, facilitating a smooth and accurate process from sourcing through to delivery stage
About You
- Experience in pre-sales support - retail (especially tech/hardware) is highly regarded
- A genuine interest in technology, particularly IT hardware, and an understanding of commonly sold products
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong attention to detail and effective organisational skills
- Strong time management skills to deliver on customer needs within agreed timeframes
- An understanding of products available from major IT brands preferred
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- A positive, service‑oriented approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
