Our client, a leading commercial tyre distribution business, is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team of Internal Sales Consultants (ISCs) in their Jandakot office.
This is a hands-on, fully office-based role where you will drive sales, elevate customer service, and make a real impact on business performance.

- Oversee daily call centre operations, coaching and developing your team to exceed KPIs.
- Support change management initiatives, including implementing a new ERP system.
- Take calls when needed, working alongside your team to drive results.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Operations teams to grow internal sales.
- Monitor performance dashboards and ensure targets are consistently met.
- Strong leadership experience in office-based sales or customer service teams.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and deliver excellent customer service.
- Skilled coach and mentor, able to develop team skills and confidence.
- Confident, proactive, and able to create a positive team culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- $100k–$150k plus monthly and annual incentives
