IT Business Analyst
We’re partnering with a well-regarded education organisation undertaking a business-wide rollout of TechnologyOne. As part of this transformation, they’re seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role across both implementation and ongoing optimisation of the platform.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to not only deliver a successful system implementation, but also unlock insights and efficiencies that contribute to broader organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation of TechnologyOne, including facilitating training sessions and workshops
- Drive ongoing system optimisation, maintenance, and enhancements post go-live
- Deliver insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and organisational growth
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, streamline operations, and enable scalable business growth through system capability
- Partner with academic and corporate stakeholders to drive system adoption and change
- Identify process gaps and align business workflows with system capabilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT/systems environments
- Exposure to ERP implementations (TechnologyOne or similar highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capability
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping and requirements gathering
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into business improvements
- Experience within education, government, or other complex environments
