We are partnering with a national law firm to recruit an IT Support Office to join their team.
This is a standalone role where you will become the face of IT in Perth, providing onsite support while working closely with a national technology team and external support providers. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people and being the go-to person for technology support, this could be a great opportunity.
The Role
You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across a range of hardware, software and business applications, while ensuring technology issues are resolved efficiently.
- Providing onsite IT support across the Perth office
- Managing and escalating support requests
- Assisting with onboarding, user access and device setup
- Supporting meeting room technology and audio visual equipment
- Working closely with the national IT team on technology improvements and projects.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Around 2-3 years' experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role
- Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Previous experience within a law firm or professional services environment will be highly regarded.
