Junior Strata Manager
Salary: $65,000–$70,000 + super
About the role
A property management business is seeking a Junior Strata Manager who is eager to learn and build a career in strata management.
You will start with a small portfolio and receive a structured 12-month training plan, including relevant short courses, to develop your knowledge and confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of a small strata portfolio
- Build relationships with property owners, residents and contractors
- Coordinate building maintenance and repairs, including obtaining quotes and following up with contractors
- Assist with reviewing financial reports, monitoring expenses and preparing budgets
- Support meeting preparation, documentation and follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate records and respond to enquiries professionally.
About you
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A basic understanding of financial documents and building maintenance
- Good organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
- A willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
- Ideally located within approximately 20 minutes of the office.
