About the role
The Kit Assembler position is integral to ensuring the quality and accuracy of surgical kits. This role offers a blend of hands-on quality assurance and administrative tasks, allowing you to contribute significantly to patient care. You will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with various internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- inbound quality assurance of surgical kits, ensuring compliance with standards
- Manage outbound order processing with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Facilitate daily communication with internal teams including sales, marketing, clinical, and supply chain
- Handle logistics coordination with couriers and hospitals
- Maintain an organised workspace to support team efficiency
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or assembly roles within a medical or similar environment
- Strong capability in attention to detail and process-driven tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
