About the role
The organisation seeks a Banking & Finance Lawyer with 1-5 years of post-admission experience to join its Sydney office. In this role, you will engage directly with clients, including major banks and financial institutions, on high-profile national matters. You will document, negotiate, and settle transactions across property, construction finance, asset finance, and general corporate funding.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front-end finance transactions for clients in diverse sectors
- Document, negotiate, and settle transactions involving banks and financial institutions
- Collaborate closely with partners while handling client demands autonomously
- Contribute to a dynamic team environment focused on client service and execution.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a reputable front-end Banking & Finance practice
- Strong capability in documenting and negotiating finance transactions
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with partners
- Advanced communication and research skills with a commitment to client service.
