The Role:
hands-on coordination role spans both information management and franchise operations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and franchisees to support site setups, maintain high-quality data, and ensure streamlined operational processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly franchise reporting cycle, including collation, data entry, system accuracy, and communication to stakeholders.
- Maintain database integrity by updating information promptly and producing monthly insights for management and field teams.
- Coordinate new site setups, relocations, and updates, including signage, fit-outs, logistics, and supplier management.
- Support the creation, processing, and maintenance of franchise agreements and operational documentation.
- Oversee updates to websites and franchise portals, ensuring accurate information across all platforms.
- Coordinate national distribution of materials, including student resources, promotional items, and operational supplies.
- Assist in preparing materials and handling logistics for national events, conferences, and key operational initiatives.
- An organised and detail-focused administrator or coordinator with experience working in fast-paced environments.
- A confident communicator with strong written skills and the ability to support a broad stakeholder group.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office with strong data accuracy, systems literacy, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Autonomous yet collaborative, able to juggle multiple priorities with a methodical and proactive approach.
- Comfortable working with structured processes; experience with DocuSign, Photoshop, or project coordination is advantageous.
