About the role
The Leasing Manager position is a newly created role that plays a pivotal part in the success of the property management business. This position requires a dedicated professional to establish and manage the leasing function effectively, following the merger of two leasing agencies. The successful candidate will own the leasing process and ensure seamless handovers to property managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire leasing function, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct home opens, processing applications, and liaising with prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with property managers for smooth handovers and ongoing support.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to foster relationships.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to leasing while balancing customer-facing responsibilities.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in leasing or property management.
- Strong capability in communication and relationship building with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume administration alongside customer service.
- Full Real Estate Registration is required for this role.
- Ability to thrive in a close-knit team environment, adapting communication styles as necessary.
