Legal Assistant

• CBD Location working 8:30am – 5pm
• $40ph + super

About the Role
People2people are currently partnering with a global firm who are currently seeking a temporary Legal Assistant with an immediate start. Working within the Corporate team this role will see you supporting at Partner level in addition to providing support to the wider team.

Duties will include:

• Diary and inbox management
• Travel coordination
• Drafting emails and correspondence
• File management
• Maintaining matters
• Preparing and amending documents
• Time recording and monthly billing
• Client liaison

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly personality and a true team player
• An experienced Legal Assistant (Senior level)
• Experience with iManage Aderant or Affinity
• Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Hardworking with a high level of professionalism
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
