Legal Assistant

The Firm:
A prestigious global law firm in the heart of Perth CBD is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join their close-knit team. This firm combines international reach with a supportive and collaborative local culture.

The Role:
This is a full-time position supporting a Partner and team of Lawyers across Finance, Projects, and Risk, while working closely with colleagues across the wider global network.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparing, formatting, and amending documents and correspondence
File management and document control
Drafting correspondence and attending to client calls
Assisting with billing, reporting, and financial administration
Providing general administrative support as required

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be a reliable and proactive individual who demonstrates:

Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary (professional services background also considered)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team
