Legal Assistant / PA

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone eager to break into the legal industry, or for a legal support professional ready to step into a global environment.
You'll provide high level EA and legal support to up to four lawyers, including a Partner. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Managing diaries, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
- Domestic and international travel arrangements
- Liaising with clients, lawyers, and internal stakeholders
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading legal documentation
- Handling phone and email enquiries professionally
- File management including electronic filing
- Assisting with billing and general admin duties
We’re looking for someone with prior EA or PA experience in a legal or professional services environment. You’ll be professional, proactive, and thrive in a fast paced, people focused team. In addition to this you will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to help out
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
