About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy property practice in Perth. Working alongside a friendly and supportive team, you will play a key role in providing administrative and legal support across a broad range of commercial property matters. This position would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing accurate work and is looking to build a long-term career within a well-respected firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- File management, including opening and maintaining electronic files
- Diary and inbox management
- Monthly billing and general administrative support
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings and assisting with day-to-day team operations
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
- Property law experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach
