Legal Assistant - Real Estate

THE ROLE
There are two positions within the team, one is a junior role, and one is a senior support role. The successful candidate’s will be joining an established and high performing property team which advises an enviable client base on high value and complex matters. The roles will both involve hands on and practical experience across a full range of property transactions where you will be actively involved with the files and work closely with the senior lawyers.
• General administrative duties including document preparation, photocopying, and drafting.
• Assisting senior lawyers with a range of property files.
• Post completion registrations using PEXA.
• File management of electronic files.
• Liaising with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the roles, you will be a professional and motivated individual with practical experience in a Legal Assistant or support role within a law firm. Our client is not extending this opportunity to students or those without full working rights.
• Proven experience within property law
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality
• Be able to work 5 days per week
