Legal Personal Assistant
This boutique law firm, well-regarded for its expertise in family law, is seeking a Legal Personal Assistant to support its team in Sydney’s CBD. THE ROLE:
In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Partner and wider team. Key responsibilities include:
-Maintain organised communication and documentation systems through efficient email, file, and document management.
-Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
-Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules to ensure the Partner’s diary runs smoothly.
-Draft and format legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
-Assist with end-of-month billing and related financial documentation.
-Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and archiving, to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience in Family Law as a Legal Personal Assistant
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
-The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-A proactive, organised, and professional approach to their work.
