Key responsibilities

Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a legal or commercial role, ideally within construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services
- Strong capability in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts effectively
- Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical insights and legal advice clearly to stakeholders
