About the role
This position offers an opportunity to leverage your legal expertise in a dynamic environment. You will play a pivotal role in managing legal and procurement functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency in contract management.
Key responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with internal teams and external advisers
  • Provide legal support to various departments, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that enhance value and mitigate risk
  • Conduct thorough analyses of legal documents and procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in a legal or commercial role, ideally within construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services
  • Strong capability in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical insights and legal advice clearly to stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.
