An established CBD law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Corporate Legal Secretary to join their fast-paced and collaborative team. This temporary-to-permanent role is perfect for someone with prior legal support experience who is eager to grow, develop their skills and become a valued long-term member of a progressive practice.
About the Role
Supporting a busy corporate team of Partners, Lawyers and Paralegals, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a diverse, hands-on position with no billing, dictation or transcription. Instead, your strengths in organisation, accuracy and time management will shine.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, formatting, collating and managing legal documents
- Mail merges and document production support
- Managing correspondence, file maintenance and workflow coordination
- Assisting with electronic signing, document execution and tracking
- Providing general administrative and overflow support across the practice
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while juggling competing priorities
Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in a legal support role
- Prior Corporate Law experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, positive attitude
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting multiple fee-earners at pace
- Willingness to learn and adapt to firm systems and processes
- Must have full working rights

Additional Details
- Flexibility: 1 day work from home following probation
- Probation: 6 months
- Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 package, commensurate with experience
