Summary
A well regarded boutique law firm based in Manly is seeking a Temporary Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Property Paralegal to support a busy property practice. This is an initial three month engagement with a genuine opportunity to transition to a permanent role for the right person. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, high quality residential property work and strong client relationships.
The Role
You will manage end to end residential conveyancing matters across New South Wales, working closely with experienced solicitors in a supportive team environment. The role offers standard business hours from 9am to 5pm with a one hour lunch break, providing consistency and work life balance.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post completion
• Preparing contracts, transfers and associated conveyancing documentation
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders
• Running matters independently while ensuring compliance with NSW conveyancing requirements
• Using LEAP and PEXA daily to progress matters efficiently
About You
• Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Property Paralegal
• Demonstrated residential conveyancing experience in New South Wales
• Confident managing matters end to end with minimal supervision
• Proficient in LEAP and PEXA
• Strong communication skills and a client focused approach
• Available to commit to an initial three month temporary assignment
